| The Live Oak Child Care Center is state funded and has an enrollment of approximately 80 children between the ages of 3 and 10. This facility has been commended as a model of its kind by state and local officials. Other child care facilities are also available. The Mother's House Preschool is a private, non-profit Christian preschool and licensed by the State of California Department of Social Services. The capacity is 18 students ages 2-5. All teachers are credentialed, CPR trained and First Aid certified. The facility has been commended and exceptionally rated by the Live Oak Mayor, local officials and other members of our community.
