The Live Oak Peach Festival is a celebration of the role the peach industry plays in our community. No one imagined 150 years ago that Live Oak's riches would come from the earth in the form of peach farming. Our community has served as an anchor of the diverse agricultural products grown in our area.
The Festival begins with a parade in our Historic Commercial District. Opening ceremonies follow and then live music, craft and food vendors, children's activities and a car show. The Festival ends with a spectacular fireworks show.
There are food contests, Miss Live Oak Peach Festival, and tons of other good-old-fashioned family fun.
